Cassidy has been a trusted presence in the insurance industry since 2011, guided by a simple purpose: helping people protect what matters most. While she didn’t originally plan on a career in insurance, she quickly saw how the right coverage can bring real confidence and peace of mind to individuals, families, and businesses.
She’s passionate about education, helping business owners and their employees truly understand their benefit options. Rather than offering one-size-fits-all solutions, Cassidy takes the time to learn each client’s unique needs and tailor her approach.
Raised on a bison ranch in Raleigh, North Dakota, Cassidy developed a strong work ethic, resilience, and a deep commitment to others—values she carries into every client relationship. She met her husband, Aaron, in college, and they settled in Sioux Falls in 2008, where they’re raising their two boys.
Outside of work, Cassidy enjoys traveling, skiing, biking, and spending time outdoors with her family—always looking for the next adventure.
Donny O’Neill
Benefit Advisor
Donny is a dedicated Benefits Advisor with over a decade of experience in the employee benefits industry. Born and raised in Alexandria, South Dakota, he has called Sioux Falls home since 2008. Donny attended Southeast Technical College and began his career in benefits in 2013, developing a strong foundation in helping individuals and businesses navigate complex benefit options.
He is passionate about educating clients on how their benefits work and guiding them toward solutions that best fit their unique needs. Donny recognizes that benefits can be complex and time-consuming for business owners, so he takes a consultative approach—partnering closely with each client to design comprehensive, cost-effective benefit packages that support employee satisfaction and long-term retention.
As a proud Army veteran, Donny has a strong appreciation for service and especially enjoys working with active-duty military members and veteran-owned businesses.
Outside of his professional life, Donny enjoys spending time with family and friends, as well as hunting, fishing, and golfing.
Heather Stolsmark
Benefit Advisor
Heather has been helping individuals and businesses navigate the insurance industry since 2016. She specializes in making coverage easy to understand and works closely with both small and large businesses to find solutions that truly fit their needs. Heather is passionate about helping clients feel confident and protected, whether it’s health insurance or supplemental coverage.
She takes pride in building strong relationships and taking the time to understand what matters most to each client—helping them make informed decisions with clarity and confidence.
Originally from southern Minnesota, Heather earned her Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Business Administration before making South Dakota home in 2010.
Outside of work, Heather enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She is married with three daughters and can often be found at their activities, on the golf course, or enjoying time together outdoors.
